Ticketing Ticket Packages will be available to the general public in November 2013. Priority bookings for members of the French Equestrian Federation will be possible a few months earlier, in June 2013. The Organising Committee wishes to allow a great number of people to attend the events. Tickets will therefore go on sale for as low as 5 euros. Many different offers will be available to give everyone a chance to experience this amazing event.

Calendar of trials All competition trials will take place from 23rd August to 7th September 2014. The forecast calendar for such trials is available on our website.

Volunteers The recruitment of volunteers started on April 10th 2013. People willing to apply only have to fill out a form on the volunteers' website http://benevoles.normandie2014.com (in French only). To learn about everything about the programme, please visit the "Volunteers" section on our website http://www.alltechfeiweg2014-normandy.com/volunteers . 3000 volunteers are expected to participate to the event from 23 August to 07 September 2014. Only the first 5000 applicants will get a chance to be recruited. Applicants must be at least 18 years old (as of May 31st 2014) and must understand French.

Work on the organisational committee « GIP WEG Normandy 2014 » Job opportunities (project heads, task managers and assistants are going to present themselves in the years to come in the various areas i.e. sport, local developments and conversions, logistics, communications, business, animations, administration….). Access and Accommodation Parking spots will be availble to the general public. Shuttles will then take people to the different competition venues. Special transportation will be available to accredited people and competition officials. As for accomodation, the general public will need to book a place through local touristic websites (please check the page "Organise its stay" in the "Practical" section of this website). Accomodation for accredited people will be taken care by the Organising Committee.
